1. Payment policy
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex. Money orders and cashiers checks may be accepted in some situations. Call customer service (1-800-383-1834) for further information. Personal checks are not accepted for any reason.
2. Shipping Policy
All of the shipping prices in this catalog are for USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground to anywhere in the lower 48 United States. Two to five days is expected delivery time. If you are buying more than one item, there may be a saving in the shipping charge. If there is, we will issue a credit to your card and notify you by email of the credit.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada is extra. Place your order and we will advise you of the extra cost by email. Usually it is about double the US rate.
3. Warranty, Returns, and Cancellations
Forever In Silk guarantees that the products we sell are in good condition, complete, and meet industry specifications for that product when the product was shipped. We will pick up a product at no cost to the customer if we shipped the wrong product, or if the product did not meet industry standards.
Returns
In most situations, returns will be accepted provided that you obtain a return authorization from customer service (1-800-383-1834) or by email within 48 hours of receiving the product. You will receive a return email from Forever In Silk with instructions for returning the product, a copy of which must be included with the returned product. You will be responsible for all costs related to returning the product in the condition that it was originally shipped to you and the costs of originally shipping the product to you. Upon receipt of the returned product in an acceptable condition, Forever In Silk will issue a credit to you in the amount of the original cost minus the original cost of shipping and 25% restocking charge. If the product is not returned in resellable condition, no credit to your account will be issued and you will be responsible for disposing of the product within 7 days of notice from Forever in Silk.
If your reason for returning the product is that the product was damaged, please call us at 1-800-383-1834 immediately for further instructions.
If your purchase was customized for you in any manner, it is not returnable. A custom product is any product where the customer specifies a color or combination of colors.
Canceling an Order
An order is considered complete when you supply us with your payment information because once we pull product from our shelves or special order products for you, we have spent time and money for you. Should you desire to cancel an order after supplying us with your payment information, you will be responsible for all of our time and costs to that point if we accept the cancellation. Forever In Silk reserves the complete descretion to determine the acceptability of any cancellation request.

We do not sell or provide customer information to anyone for any reason.
